Tokyo, January 27, 2014 -- MIRACLE LINUX CORPORATION (Corporate Headquarters located at Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan; Mr. Takashi Kodama, President and CEO, hereinafter referred to as “MIRACLE
LINUX”), hereby announces that its affiliated company Asianux Corporation (Corporate Headquarters located at Wuxi, Jiangsu province, China) has launched their research and development center for the Asianux's Linux OS product "Asianux Server" to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on the 10th February, 2014.

Asianux Server is the OS product optimized for both the enterprise Linux server and embedded technology for the special business equipments such as industrial computers and turnkey solutions. The product has been developed in China by the Asianux Corporation, a joint venture company among the MIRACLE LINUX from Japan and other Linux vendors from China and Korea, and recognized as a highly reliable Enterprise Linux Distributor to support the needs in Asia region. Recently, Ho Chi Minh City attracts young and technically skilled IT talents to various ICT companies including many Japanese companies. Therefore, by redeploying their development center from Beijing to Ho Chi Minh City, the company is going to further focus on strengthening R&D activities and high quality Linux distribution.

The development center will be set up in the premise of the Universal Technology Services Corporation (Corporate Headquarters located at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; Mr. Setsuro Tamai, President, hereinafter referred to as “UTC”), which is the Asianux's affiliated software development vendor in Vietnam. At the development center, the MIRACLE LINUX will provide UTS engineers the education and training for the product technologies, and the UTS engineers will support Asianux's development activities.

Thus, by launching the development base in Vietnam where IT is one of the emerging industries, Asianux expects to provide Linux distribution with better quality in the future.

Mr. Setsuro Tamai, the President for the UTS, commented on the occasion of the Asianux Corporation's launch in Vietnam as the following:
