本製品は、各CDに収録されている数多くのソフトウェアコンポーネント（「コンポーネント」）により構成される編集著作物です。本ソフトウェアには、ソースコード、オブジェクトコード、画像、ストラクチャー、構成、関連資料､その他附属物を含みますが、これらに限定されません。
「お客様」とは、本製品の使用権を許諾された個人又は法人を指します。
「GNU-GPL」とは、GNU-General Public License, Version 2, June 1991, Copyright c 1989, 1991 Free Software Foundation, Inc. 59 Temple Place - Suite 330, Boston, MA 02111-1307, USAを指します。詳細については、http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.htmlをご覧ください。

各コンポーネントは、個別に著作権によって保護されており、各コンポーネントに収録されている個別の許諾条件に基づいて使用することができます。コンポーネントの多くは、GNU-GPLに基づいて、ソースコード形式及びバイナリコード形式での複製、改変、再配布が許諾されています。お客様は、各コンポーネントに適用される個別の許諾条件に同意いただいた場合に限り各コンポーネントを使用でき、かつ、個々の使用条件の範囲でのみ使用ができます。本使用許諾条件は、各コンポーネントの許諾条件に基づくお客様の権利を制限するものではなく、また、各コンポーネントの許諾条件に優先する権利を許諾するものではありません。

お客様は、本製品を評価用途でのみ使用することが出来ます。商用の開発用途や業務運用用途を目的とした利用は許可されません。また、転売することも許可されません。 本製品はミラクルが権利を保有し、著作権法及びその他の法令により保護されています。 お客様は、本製品1ライセンスにつき1台のサーバー上で使用するために、本製品を1コピーインストールする権利を有します。 お客様は、バックアップのためにのみ、本製品を一部複製することができます。上記以外で、ミラクルの許可なく本製品を複製することはできません。

「MIRACLE LINUX」及び「ミラクル・リナックス」はミラクルが権利を有する商標です。その他の商標は各社の商標です。お客様は、ミラクルの事前の書面による許可なく、ミラクルの商標又はロゴ（「MIRACLE LINUX」及び「ミラクル・リナックス」を含む）を使用することはできません。

本製品は、現状有姿（as is）提供され、如何なる保証もありません。商品性及び特定目的への適合性についての黙示の保証を含め、明示的或いは黙示的な保証は一切無いものとします。
本製品は予告なく、仕様を変更することがあります。仕様変更された本製品を提供する義務をミラクルは保証いたしません。
本製品に関する技術的なお問い合わせにはお答え致しません。ミラクルでは、情報共有目的で設定しておりますメーリングリストを利用して頂くことを推奨しております。但し、ミラクルはメーリングリストにおいても、技術的なお問合せに答える義務は有しません。稼動したハードウェアに関する動作報告はfeedback@miraclelinux.com宛まで電子メールにてお願いいたします。

法律の許す範囲で、ミラクルは、本製品の使用又は使用不能に起因する、逸失利益、逸失財産等の損害、その他の付随的又は間接的損害について責任を負いません。ミラクルがかかる損害の可能性について予見していた場合も同様とします。 データのバックアップを確保する責任はお客様にあるものとし、本製品に起因するデータ喪失についてミラクルは一切の責任を負わないものとします。

お客様は、外国為替および外国貿易管理法並びに技術輸出に関する日本および関係国の全ての関連法規を遵守するものとします。 本契約より生ずる一切の紛争について、東京地方裁判所のみを専属的に第一審の管轄裁判所とします。
お客様は、ミラクルが、お客様による本製品の使用状況を監査する権利を有することに同意します。

Miracle Linux Corporation (“Miracle Linux”) and Red Flag Software Co., Ltd. (“Red Flag”) grant you a license to use the Software in accordance with the following terms.

Each Component has been copyrighted individually and is licensed pursuant to individual license terms included in each Component. Most of Components is licensed pursuant to GNU-GPL which permits you to copy, modify, and redistribute the software, in both source code and binary code forms. You may use each Component only if you agree to individual license terms applicable to each Component and use them within the scope of applicable terms of use. Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under, or grants you rights that supersede, the license terms of each Component.

“Asianux” is a trademark which is jointly owned by Miracle Linux and Red Flag. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. You may not use any trademark or logo which belong to Miracle Linux and Red Flag (including “Asianux”) without the prior written authorization from Miracle Linux and Red Flag.

Except as specifically stated in this agreement or in another agreement, the Software is provided and licensed "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Miracle Linux and Red Flag do not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be entirely error free or appear precisely as described in the accompanying documentation.

It is the party who received the fees you paid for the Software that shall be responsible for any damages arising out of or related to this agreement, whether in contract or tort, even if it is a Software jointly owned.

Any damages arising out of or related to this agreement, whether in contract or tort, shall be separately assumed by and charged directly with the respective party to whom you paid the fees for the Software.
