中国・無錫市（2007年12月20日） - Asianuxコンソーシアムのメンバーであるミラクル・リナックス株式会社(本社：東京都港区東新橋、代表取締役社長 佐藤 武、以下ミラクル・リナックス)、レッドフラグ・ソフトウェア（Red Flag Software Co., Ltd. : 北京 Jia Dong, 社長兼CEO、以下レッドフラグ）、ハーンソフト (Haansoft, Inc. : ソウル Jong-Jin,Baek, 社長兼CEO、以下ハーンソフト)は、Asianuxコンソーシアムの合弁会社、Asianux Corporation（中国・江蘇省無錫市）を設立したことを正式に発表しました。

Asianux Corporationの設立は、「4-CO（4つの共同）」という共同ビジネスモデルコンセプトと、3社の4年以上にわたる緊密な協力関係を土台として実現したものです。

Asianux Corporationでは、アジアのOSS（オープンソース・ソフトウェア）市場において、サーバー・プラットフォームや、最近ではモバイル機器プラットフォーム、さらにデスクトップ・プラットフォームに搭載されるLinuxオペレーティングシステム・ソフトウェアの開発、マーケティング、販売事業を展開します。Asianux Corporationの技術、人材、財政、経営などは3社が共同で運営し、各社の長所を補完的に取り入れて高い競争力を発揮します。これにより開発期間が短縮するほか、意思決定と対応が確実に迅速化し、より効果的なサービスをお客様に提供できるようになります。さらにAsianuxコンソーシアムの一員として、コンソーシアムが世界の各パートナーと協力していく上で、より理想的なプラットフォームを提供していきます。
